    Worst customer service experience I have encountered in my life. Both the sales and finance teams were inefficient and unhelpful. It was almost like they did not want to sell me a vehicle - has anyone met a dealership that made them feel this way? Pretty much unheard of.
    I was on a time crunch so was still eager to purchase dispite the worst customer service. My urgency was not reciprocated, even though it would have been he end of a quarter for the dealership. On more than one occasion the finance manager called me (after I had been waiting for a full day, or more) and said “hey, I’m in the office for the next five minutes if you can give me a call back”. Can anyone event check their voicemail that fast!?!???
    There are even more unappreciated details I have left out but let’s fast forward to when my car was finally supposed to be delivered (over a week after the deal was made) and I was sent a text message of a picture of how my car got hit. I was crazy to msay be forward with the deal, but again - time unfortunately was of essence. Again, I was only with this concept of time. Over a week went by (he told me it would be two days) and my dealer did not check in at all. I checked in three times myself - how embarrassing!
    So yada yada yada more awful details of horrendous customer service - cut to me sharing the story with a team member who said he would “share info with the correct people” heard nothing. Shared a 1 star review on FB and finally the GM called me. He said he would call me back. Which he did - started to complain about how his staff members were Incompetent the. Realized he had called the wrong customer...... asked if he could call me back on Monday... and never called.
    If you have joined me through this entire horror story - I hope you are googling any other dealership to purchase from. Happy shopping :)
